Youtube Temporary Suspension of YouTube Syndication

Due to unprecedented volume of platform usage, StreamSpot has exceeded Google's daily limits for YouTube syndication. YouTube syndication will be restored when these limits reset tonight.

  • YouTube syndication has been restored. StreamSpot is working with Google to request additional syndication capacity.

  • StreamSpot API Core API Performance Issues

    We are investigating failures with the StreamSpot API which are causing slow load times on players and customer portal.

  • The StreamSpot team has restored API functionality, and are continuing to monitor the situation.

  • Dashboard MyStreamSpot.com Performance Issues

    Due to heavy platform usage, mystreamspot.com is experiencing performance issues. The StreamSpot team is watching the situation and working on platform performance.

  • All system stability has been restored.

  • Analytics Platform Analytics Delayed

    Due to heavy platform usage, viewer analytics are running more slowly than usual. The StreamSpot team is monitoring this situation.

  • Viewer analytics have posted and are available for customer review using the https://mystreamspot.com customer portal, thank you for your patience.

  • Due to the unprecedented viewership from increased demand, viewer analytics for broadcasts between 8am – 1pm ET are taking longer than usual to populate. We expect the backlog to process within the next 2-4 hours. Thank you for your patience.

    Roku Live feed within Roku Apps

    The ability to view live broadcasts within customer custom Roku channels has been restored. Please note, it can take 6-12 hours for the feed to refresh for customer channels. If you require an immediate refresh, please contact support at https://support.streamspot.com and provide the name of your Roku channel.
