StreamSpot API StreamSpot System Emails

On 10/8/2021, we identified an issue that prevented our platform from sending system email messages. Email was partially restored on 10/8, and fully restored on 10/9. Some system emails between 10/5 and 10/9 were not sent due to this issue.
